Experteer Overview
In this role you will contribute to the HQ R&D team by managing EHV cable system tests and qualification activities, ensuring electrothermal robustness and compliance. You will lead planning and execution of laboratory tests at Quattordio and coordinate installation and operations with technicians. You will engage with clients, inspectors, and suppliers to align on test results and projects. This position offers a hybrid model and a path to influence advanced cabling solutions for a sustainable future.
Retribuzione / Benefits
- Oversee and coordinate tests of EHV cable systems for electrothermal resilience
- Plan, prepare, and execute electrical qualification tests in the Quattordio laboratory
- Perform homologation and R&D tests on EHV cable systems at HQ
- Supervise and coordinate accessory installation
- Coordinate laboratory operators involved in installation and testing
- Define test scheduling and lead related projects
- Maintain continuous interface with clients, inspectors, and suppliers
Responsabilità
- Master's degree in Electric or Electronic Engineering, Energy or Mechatronic
- Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel abroad
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
