ELECTRICAL ENGINEER - MILAN

1. YOUR ROLE Support the engineering team in the development and review of electrical systems for Oil & Gas projects Ensure compliance with company specifications and international standards Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams throughout project execution Contribute to the successful commissioning and operation of electrical installations

2. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Review and approve electrical power distribution systems (LV, MV and HV) Review single-line diagrams, load lists, cable schedules, grounding and lighting layouts Review vendor documentation, technical specifications and equipment datasheets Prepare Material Requisitions (MRs) and Technical Bid Evaluations (TBEs) Participate in FATs, SATs, inspections, testing and pre-commissioning activities Support construction, installation and commissioning activities on site Troubleshoot electrical issues and support root cause analysis investigations Monitor electrical asset integrity and system performance throughout the lifecycle

3. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical Engineering within the Oil & Gas sector Strong knowledge of electrical systems design for onshore and offshore facilities Experience with transformers, switchgear, MCCs, UPS systems, batteries and motors Knowledge of IEC, NEC, IEEE, API, NEMA and ATEX standards Familiarity with hazardous area classification and equipment selection Experience with ETAP, SKM or DigSILENT software Excellent communication and coordination skills Fluent written and spoken English

4. WHAT WE OFFER The compensation for this role ranges between

€50.000 and €80.000 . The position is classified under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Trade and Services sector applied by our company. Placement within the salary range will be determined based on technical skills, specific experience in the role, and the outcomes of the selection process, according to objective and neutral criteria. In the case of candidates with exceptional qualifications beyond the indicated range, a revision may be considered subject to internal approval.
