I’m working with a long-established European engineering consultancy with nearly 100 years behind them. The Milan team delivers technically heavy schemes across data centres, healthcare, aviation, life sciences and high-spec commercial.
Electrical design here drives performance. It is not a box-ticking exercise.
They are investing in senior electrical capability because project complexity is increasing and they need engineers who can think, coordinate and lead.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
- Leading electrical and special systems design on complex projects
- Coordinating directly with mechanical, fire, sustainability and façade teams
- Engaging suppliers on real technical decisions, not just catalog selection
- Supporting construction phase delivery and site activity
- Owning documentation standards and compliance
- Contributing to multidisciplinary reviews where your voice carries weight
You will not be limited to drawing packages.
You will influence design direction.

- 5+ years operating as an Electrical Design Engineer
- Experience coordinating project teams
- Experience in data centres, healthcare, aviation or other mission critical environments will strengthen your position.
