We are currently partnering with a leading European data centre delivery specialist, recognised for providing fully integrated, turnkey solutions across complex, high-value projects. With a strong engineering-led culture and a growing portfolio of hyperscale developments, they are now seeking aN Electrical Construction Manager to join their team on a flagship project based in Milan. This is an opportunity to work on a technically demanding build within a fast-paced, high-performance environment, offering strong long-term prospects and exposure to industry-leading standards.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery Oversight Lead the electrical installation works on a new-build data centre, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and programme requirements.
• Coordination & Interface Management Manage interfaces between electrical systems (LV, MV, HV, UPS, generators, switchgear, and critical infrastructure) and other trades, ensuring seamless integration across MEP and architectural packages.
• Quality & Compliance Oversee testing, commissioning, and QA/QC procedures for all electrical systems, ensuring adherence to client, statutory, and industry standards.
• Team & Subcontractor Management Direct, coordinate, and monitor subcontractor performance, managing resources and sequencing to meet fast-track project milestones.
• Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with project management, planners, and commercial teams, providing technical input and progress updates to client representatives.

Requirements

• Must have relevant degree level qualification or equivalent trades background
• Must have 8+ years’ experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres)
• Must have EU Passport or RTW in Europe
