The selected person will be integrated with the aim of increasing the key competencies of the Optronic Business.The person will be responsible for the following activities:* Promote the development of special process skills in the Production site* Concurrent engineering on new products* Contributions for the design and implementation of processes for optical treatment* Drafting of documentation and control procedures for production activities* Maintenance of production capabilities in the field of optical/optronic treatment assets**Educational Qualification:** Master's degree in physics preferred. Specific knowledge in optics, optical systems, and imaging processing preferred.**Required Experience Level:** Expert (3-5 years)**Technical Knowledge and Skills*** Theoretical skills in the design of optical surface processes* Autonomy in performing optical/numerical analyses* Basic theoretical ability to design test setups* Basic know-how on Image Processing algorithms* Preparation of testing procedures and technical reports**Behavioral Skills*** Time and priority management* Collaboration, flexibility, autonomy* Teamworking* Problem Solving orientation**Language Skills:** Good knowledge of English (minimum B1)**Computer Skills:*** MS Office, OpticStudio/Zemax, Matlab* Basic knowledge of: Python, C++, LabVIEW preferred**Seniority:****Primary Location:**IT - Firenze - Campi Bisenzio**Additional Locations:****Contract Type:**Permanent**Hybrid Working:**
