What The Job Looks Like

• Evaluating the efficiency of the plant and the production lines for safety and environmental aspects, implementing action plans (including general and specific risks evaluation) and updating measures in safety, health and environment
• Developing staff training plans in Environment, Health, Safety and coordinating the evolution of training as a trainer
• Collaborating on compliance with legal obligations, operational procedures, and Grünenthal standards regarding safety, hygiene and environmental protection; ensuring the correct operation of the Safety and Environmental Management System certified according to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
• Performing internal EHS audits according to global and local plans
• Performing industrial hygiene sampling according to local plans
• Performing incident investigation, reporting and action plan development

What You’ll Bring To The Table

To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

• Master Degree in engineering or scientific disciplines (Safety Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Chemistry)
• Requirements for the ASPP role according to Legislative Decree no. 81/08
• Strong and proven experience in safety, environment and energy saving rules and regulations at manufacturing companies (Pharma manufacturing and maintenance technical competence would be a plus)
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Honesty, results-driven with proactivity in finding new solutions, and ability to communicate with cross-functional and global colleagues
