We work closely with Italian family-run ateliers, focusing on materials, construction, and restrained refinement. Our philosophy emphasizes architectural clarity and “fewer but better”—building long-term brand value through craftsmanship and cultural storytelling.

We’re looking for a freelance Editorial & Partnerships Coordinator to convert our Europe-based content assets (craft, materials, people, context) into editorial opportunities and high-quality collaborations .
This role is not about large-scale PR campaigns or events. It’s a relationship-driven role focused on pitching, follow-ups, and execution with a curated network.

Key Responsibilities

Editorial pitching & follow-through

Identify and maintain a relevant European media/editor network (culture / design / architecture / fashion)

Craft and send pitch emails with clear angles, tailored to each publication

Track outreach, follow up, and drive opportunities to completion (interviews, features, columns, collaborations)

Partnership coordination

Support collaboration execution: briefing, timelines, assets delivery, approvals, and final checks

Coordinate across ANEST internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth delivery and brand alignment

Curated network (Stylist/Creator)

Maintain a curated whitelist of stylists/editors/photographers aligned with our aesthetic

Facilitate sample requests when relevant

Help package existing materials into usable press/pitch formats (one-page pitch notes, key visuals, captions, short bios)

A maintained and active network of 10–15 key contacts (editors + stylists/creators), with clear touchpoints and progress notes

Requirements

Proven experience in editorial relations / communications / partnerships in Europe (freelance press office, boutique agency, design/culture comms, or similar)

Strong understanding of European culture/design/fashion media and how editors work

Excellent written English (Italian/French is a plus)

Organized and reliable: strong follow-up discipline, clear tracking, and delivery mindset

Taste level aligned with an architectural, quiet, craft-led luxury brand

Based in Europe (Milan preferred), with ability to operate across European time zones

Working Mode

Freelance / Part-time retainer

Expected workload: 1-2 days/week depending on season and projects

Remote-first; occasional in-person meetings as needed (Milan)
