We are looking for a Junior Event Manager & Business Development Associate to join our international team. The ideal candidate is an Italian-speaking professional, fluent in English, with a passion for innovation, technology, and luxury fashion .
Your role:
You will support the planning and execution of high-level events and innovation initiatives , while actively managing relationships within our growing ecosystem of startups, brands, universities, and investors . You’ll also contribute to business development activities , helping Limitless expand its partnerships and presence globally.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support event planning and management (both online and in-person).
- Manage communication and relationships with partners, startups, and brands in our ecosystem.
- Support business development activities , from lead generation to partnership follow-up.
- Contribute to social media and community engagement related to events and initiatives.
- Assist with presentation decks, proposals, and reports using Google Suite.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree completed (preferably in management, communication, or fashion/luxury studies).
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
- Some experience in event organization and/or business development .
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Proactive, dynamic, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
