Our luxury womenswear brand is looking for an Ecommerce Specialist to join our Milan team and contribute to the growth of our online business.
We are looking for a digital professional with at least two years of experience, driven by curiosity, precision, and an entrepreneurial spirit. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about the digital world.
In this role, you will report to the Ecommerce Manager and collaborate closely with the Finance, Marketing, Logistics, and Production teams to ensure a seamless and elevated online experience aligned with the brand’s vision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Boutique Management
- Manage product uploads, and catalogue accuracy on tallermarmo.com and marketplace
- Write product descriptions in line with the brand tone of voice and luxury positioning
- Maintain consistent visual merchandising across the Online Boutique
- Ensure the right assortment is available at the right time
- Supervise and contribute to newsletters
- Monitor site functionality and coordinate with the technical team
Order & Inventory Oversight
- Support ecommerce logistics in orders fulfillment during peak periods
- Coordinate with Customer Care to ensure timely and thoughtful service
- Monitor orders, payments, and inventory levels
- Anticipate restocks and manage supplies to prevent stockouts
Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor and interpret key performance metrics to guide strategic decisions
Contents
- Support content creation initiatives, including photoshoots and video production
- Collaborate with creative teams to support campaigns, launches, and traffic-driving initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Ecommerce
- Solid understanding of Shopify and Google Analytics
- Proficient in Excel
