The Role
Reporting to the Digital Director , the Ecommerce Senior Manager will lead the global e-commerce strategy and execution for a specific business unit within the HEAD Group. This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage of our digital transformation, allowing you to collaboratively shape new ways of working, internal processes, and strategic frameworks for the assigned portfolio. You will manage the day-to-day performance of the P&L while ensuring the digital experience meets and exceeds consumer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a global DTC e-commerce roadmap to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
- P&L Management: Manage the day-to-day performance of the e-commerce P&L, including financial budgeting, forecasting, and commercial calendar planning.
- Merchandising & Assortment: Collaborate closely with Group Merchandising and Buying teams to optimize digital performance.
- Operational Coordination: Direct and communicate specific business needs to technical, operations, and logistics counterparts.
- Full-Funnel Collaboration: Partner closely with Digital Marketing to align traffic acquisition with on-site conversion and retention.
- Data-Informed Strategy: Bring a deep understanding of e-commerce KPIs to inform, educate, and influence collaborators.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Navigate complex internal environments and manage external vendors.
Personal Specification
- Experience: 6+ years in E-commerce/DTC roles, with a focus on Sports and/or Apparel.
- Cultural Fit: A resilient professional who thrives in evolution and maintains a positive, empathetic attitude.
- Financial Acumen: Proven experience in managing P&L performance.
- Language: Professional fluency in English is mandatory.

Position Details
- Location: Milan
- Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Contract: Permanent (Contratto a tempo indeterminato)
- RAL: €60,000 – €70,000 + 10% performance bonus
