Why This Role Is Right for You
As eCommerce Sales Development Representative , you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Milan . In this role you’ll be primarily responsible for attracting and qualifying new leads, acting as the first point of contact between the Company and potential customers.
About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:
- Proactively research and contact potential customers via email, phone and social networks.
- Qualify leads according to pre-defined criteria (e.g., volume opportunity, defining decision maker, target competitor).
- Organize meetings and demos for account executives.
- Update CRM with prospecting and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to optimize outbound strategies.
- Collect feedback from prospects to improve engagement and sales approach.

Essential Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service or telephone sales roles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, energy and determination.
- Familiarity with digital tools (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation).
- Strong motivation for professional growth in sales.
- Experience in SaaS, consulting or technology contexts for eCommerce industry.
- Track of record in similar Role in Italian market company
