We are seeking a Junior Product Manager with strong technical expertise in marketing technology (MarTech), e-commerce . This role is critical in aligning technology, product, and marketing to optimize growth, customer acquisition, retention, and conversion rates .
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in e-commerce platforms, performance marketing technology, analytics, and automation tools. You will work closely with the CMO, Tech Team, and cross-functional departments to develop and execute high-impact product initiatives that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Own the product roadmap for marketing technology, ensuring alignment with business goals and growth strategies.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, and data teams to prioritize and execute initiatives.
- Define and optimize the customer journey across web and mobile platforms to improve engagement and conversion.
Marketing Technology & E-commerce Optimization
- Oversee the implementation and integration of MarTech tools, including Google Tag Manager (GTM), CRM (Klaviyo, HubSpot), analytics (Google Analytics, BigQuery, Firebase), and attribution models.
- Optimize customer segmentation, automation, and personalization strategies through advanced marketing tech stack.
- Lead initiatives for tracking, attribution, and data-driven decision-making.
- Drive the adoption of AI-driven marketing solutions and automation.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with the CMO and Tech Team to ensure seamless execution of marketing-focused product features.
- Act as a bridge between business, marketing, and technology, translating commercial needs into scalable product solutions.
- Advocate for a data-driven culture, using insights to drive prioritization and decision-making.
Data, Experimentation & Conversion Optimization
- Develop and implement a systematic A/B testing framework to continuously optimize funnels, checkout experience, and user interactions.
- Own customer analytics, tracking infrastructure, and reporting tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product changes.
- Utilize SQL, BigQuery, and Python/R (preferred) to extract actionable insights from data.
Growth & Performance Optimization
- Work with marketing teams to enhance performance marketing strategies through MarTech innovations.
- Drive SEO, paid media, and retargeting optimizations by integrating product and marketing initiatives.
- Spearhead mobile-first growth initiatives, ensuring a seamless experience across iOS and Android apps.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in e-commerce or MarTech.
- Strong technical expertise in marketing technology, tracking, and automation (GTM, GA4, Firebase, Klaviyo, AppsFlyer/Adjust, Amplitude, CDPs).
- E-commerce product experience: Familiarity with checkout optimization, funnel analysis, and conversion rate improvements.
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and data-driven experimentation.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and ability to work with data analysts to extract actionable insights.
- Ability to collaborate with marketing, engineering, and executive teams to align product vision with business objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of performance metrics and KPIs.
