The Ecommerce, Planning & Operations Associate Manager is part of the Revenue Department.

The role supports the monitoring and analysis of e-commerce performance, contributing to the optimization of sales and operational processes. The position works cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment and continuous improvement of the customer experience.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Analyze and monitor key KPIs to evaluate e-commerce performance.
  • Monitor traffic sources, customer funnel, and user behavior to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze e-commerce operations performance and logistics KPIs to identify and define optimization strategies.
  • Support the optimization strategy for e-commerce sales performance through sales analysis, stock monitoring, and price evaluation.
  • Support key e-commerce processes and operational streams.
  • Work closely with the analytics, marketing, and B&M (Brick & Mortar) sales teams to align on sales strategies.
  • Support customer segmentation analysis and monitor KPIs related to orders, returns, and customer experience.


REQUIREMENTS


  • University degree in Management Engineering, Economics or related fields.
  • Previous experience of 3-5 years in similar roles (e-commerce KPI and operations analysis) is considered a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent proficiency in Excel; knowledge of business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce logistics and sales dynamics.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive pricing strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market research.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
