The Role

Reporting to the Ecommerce Senior Manager , you act as the \"bridge\" between internal product assortment teams and external agencies, ensuring that product data and creative assets are published with precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Planning & Tracking: Create and maintain the operational calendar; utilize collaboration tools to track activities and monitor budget spend.
• Product Photography Coordination: Manage imagery production with external agencies and coordinate sample logistics.
• Copywriting & Translation Management: Facilitate the production of PDP copy; gather technical insights from design and production teams.
• Catalog & Data Management: Normalize and optimize product information and attributes for various sites and marketplaces.
• Site Experience & Publishing: Execute basic site content updates and landing page publishing.
• Continuous Quality Assurance (QA): Perform rigorous testing of consumer-facing sites to identify bugs or data inconsistencies.

Personal Specification

• Experience: 2–4 years in E-commerce Operations or Digital Production.
• Organizational Mastery: Highly structured approach with the ability to manage multiple calendars and budgets.
• Cultural Fit: Resilient professional who thrives in a state of continuous evolution.

Position Details

• Location: Milan
• Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
• Contract: Permanent (Contratto a tempo indeterminato)
• RAL: €25,000-30,000
