This role focuses on driving client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting. You will lead the development of accurate forecasts and ensure strategies are executed to transform projections into scalable growth for clients. You will communicate performance, strategy adjustments, and key optimizations with clients to build trust and partnerships. You will set benchmark standards for performance marketing and drive efficiency, scalability, and results.
Responsibilities
- Drive client success through strategic media buying, optimization, and forecasting.
- Develop accurate, insight-driven Growth Forecasts and ensure execution aligns with client objectives.
- Maintain clear and transparent communication about performance and optimizations with clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with the team to apply CTC’s forecasting methods and media acquisition principles.
- Lead the daily execution and adjustment of campaigns to meet KPIs and forecasted targets.
- Build campaigns using established structure and best practices; monitor campaigns and adjust budgets to achieve daily targets.
- Support growth planning and data-driven decision-making for clients.
Qualifications & Skills
- Autodidact: naturally curious, quick to learn, and able to absorb information efficiently.
- Open to feedback and able to implement it proactively without requiring constant direction.
- Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with data tools (e.g., Google Sheets).
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities; able to articulate strategy and performance to stakeholders.
- High level of accountability, ownership of outcomes, and comfort with fast-paced, autonomous work environments.
What Success Looks Like
- Maintain performance within a 5% delta to forecast; deliver accurate Growth Maps and Prophet system outputs.
- Demonstrate the ability to guide a team to optimize productivity and deliver high-quality results on schedule.
- Achieve client satisfaction goals aligned with benchmarks and provide timely client updates.
Location, Type & Growth
- Location: Fully remote with flexible scheduling.
- Employment type: Full-time; Seniority level: Entry level.
- Salary: First month $2,000; second month $4,000; third month around $7,000; first-year range $64,000–$76,000; second-year range $100,000–$120,000. Note: compensation may vary based on clients and work quality.
