Socotra, Inc. is looking for a Retail Regional Manager to oversee operations across their East Coast retail shops. In this pivotal role, you will manage the full P&L, drive sales, and lead a team of over 150 associates.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in multi-unit retail leadership, especially in premium categories. You will have an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong customer-centric approach while fostering a culture of excellence across all stores.
This position offers competitive compensation, including a base salary range of $145,000 to $165,000 plus bonuses.
