Job Description
The project will enable a smoother and more efficient transition to the new agency sourcing model by providing additional operational and analytical support during a critical change phase. The intern’s contribution will help reduce transition risks, ensure process continuity, support stakeholder alignment, and accelerate stabilization of the new sourcing model. This will ultimately drive increased efficiency, scalability, and governance in display and materials sourcing at regional level.
Key Responsibilities
Support the sourcing transition from direct suppliers to a regional agency model.
Support documentation of new ways of working, roles, and responsibilities.
Help coordinate activities between internal teams and the regional supplier.
Track transition-related activities, milestones, and open actions.
Support data consolidation and analysis related to sourcing volumes, costs, and suppliers.
Assist in issue tracking and operational follow-ups during the ramp-up phase.
Contribute to preparation of presentations and materials for internal stakeholders.
Desired Interns Skills & Qualifications
Background in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations Management, or similar.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured and proactive way.
Good proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; data analysis skills are a plus.
Interest in procurement, sourcing, and process optimization.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a changing environment.
Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Location: Milan
Employment Type Internship – 6 months (Full‑time)
The expense reimbursement for this internship is 900 EUR gross for a full‑time position.
Additional perks
Meal vouchers: fixed supply of 20 meal vouchers/month (Euro 8.00 each)
Possibility of reimbursement of the Milan underground pass (contribution to be paid by the employee for weekend use as per policy)
