Position
Brief Description Of The Role
You are a key member of the Operations & Maintenance team, contributing to the smooth and reliable functioning of Atlante’s fast‑charging network (consisting of EV chargers, MV substations, BESS, photovoltaic and other facilities). Your goal is to ensure maximum network uptime, performance, and safety through proactive monitoring, issue resolution, and coordination of field service activities. You also contribute to standard operating procedures, data‑driven insights, and the continuous improvement of Atlante’s operational excellence.

Through real‑time monitoring, effective troubleshooting, and smart coordination, you minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. You will support on‑field technicians during commissioning, preventive and corrective maintenance interventions both remotely and with on‑field presence. Your contribution helps Atlante enhance its maintenance strategies, optimize digital tools, and deliver an outstanding user experience. By combining technical precision with operational agility, you empower Atlante to scale sustainably while preserving the high standards of quality and reliability that define the brand.
Core Responsibilities
- Monitor the Atlante fast‑charging network status and performance through CPMS platforms and other relevant tools.
- Help ensure the maximum level of network uptime and reliability by addressing and solving unscheduled outages and other operational issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and remote troubleshooting (e.g. through log review).
- Manage ticketing process on the field service platform by dispatching technical resources on‑site, if needed, and checking the correct and smooth work execution.
- Implement and control the spare parts management strategy, with support of the logistics department.
- Schedule preventive maintenance and network updates.
- Support (remotely and if needed on site) field technicians during on‑site commissioning and maintenance activities.
- Evaluate and improve network performance through data analysis and reporting.
- Implement firmware update according to the chargers manufacturers instructions.
- Manage and monitor Mobile IoT Network.
- Proactively contribute to design processes and work methodologies which are digital, replicable, and scalable to the maximum extent possible.
- Actively contribute to growth and continuous improvement of Atlante Asset Operations.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent education.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in an industrial engineering and operational environment (preferably in the energy/e‑mobility or automotive industries) with good knowledge of technical aspects related to the Low and Medium Voltage electrical plants.
- Relevant trainings or certification would be a plus.
- Ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships.
- Accountability and personal organization are essential.
- Precision and attention to details.
- Mastery of Office package. Data analysis tools (Power BI, Grafana, etc.) and ticketing management platform (Salesforce, Jira, Zendesk) are a plus.
- Knowledge of the main e‑mobility open‑source communications protocols (OCPP, OCPI, OICP) would be a plus.
- Good knowledge of English.
