Randstad Italia Spa is seeking a talented E-Commerce Sales Operations & Analyst to join the European Online Business Team of a Telco Chinese multinational company based in Milan.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between data and strategy, tracking performance, executing high-impact marketing campaigns, and helping drive our digital growth across the region.
Location: Milan - (On site - no remote work)
Salary: €27,000 – €30,000
Contract: 1 year outsourcing contract powered by Randstad (with possibility of renewal)
Main Responsibilities
- Sales Operation & Data Analysis: Partner with the EU online business team to compile, analyze, and report on key sales metrics.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate online customer behavior and market trends to provide actionable, data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
- GTM & Campaign Execution: Drive the success of major S/A-level campaigns (e.g., Black Friday, Summer Sales) and support New Product Launches through smooth cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Languages: Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with complex data modeling and business forecasting is highly preferred.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Italian e-commerce landscape and familiarity with modern digital tools is a strong plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of multitasking and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
