About the Position
We are looking for an E-commerce Merchandising Manager to drive commercial performance across our e-commerce channels. In this role, you will define and execute the on-site merchandising strategy, owning product visibility, rankings, and presentation (PLP/PDP, cross-sell) to maximize conversion and customer experience across all markets.
Working cross functionally with E-commerce, GTM, Buying and CRO teams, you will translate commercial plans into effective on-site execution, driving performance analysis and continuous optimization in a fast-paced environment. You will also identify key commercial opportunities and improve product discoverability to support business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Define and execute global e-commerce merchandising strategy across all e-commerce channels, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and brand positioning.
- Own the strategy for product visibility, rankings, and overall on-site presentation (PLP/PDP, cross-sell)
- Own and continuously improve product discoverability across the site (navigation, search, filtering, category structure)
- Analyze product and category performance (high/low performers, risks, opportunities)
- Identify product gaps and commercial opportunities across categories, supporting growth and assortment optimization
- Translate GTM plans into clear on-site execution frameworks, ensuring consistency across markets and channels
- Align with Buying and Stock teams on product prioritization, stock exposure, and commercial focus areas
- Partner with CRO on testing and conversion optimization initiatives across PDP and PLP
- Manage catalogue and e-commerce PIM governance, ensuring high standards of data quality, enrichment, and structure
Requirements:
- A minimum of 7+ years experience in e-commerce merchandising or a similar commercial role within a product-driven environment
- Fluency in English is a must have (C1 level)
- Proven experience managing on-site merchandising of a large performance product catalogues
- Strong experience in analyzing product and category performance, with a clear track record of driving commercial results
- Solid understanding of merchandising levers including PLP/PDP optimization, ranking logic, cross-sell, product visibility and discoverability
- Hands-on experience with PIM systems and catalogue management, ensuring high standards of data quality and enrichment
- Experience working in international environments, coordinating across multiple markets and stakeholders
- Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to identify risks, opportunities, and drive performance improvements
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
