Salary Range: 40,000 - 52,000 EUR/year + performance bonus

A premium Italian fashion house is looking for an E-commerce Manager to lead their direct-to-consumer digital strategy. You will manage the online store, drive conversion optimisation and coordinate with marketing, logistics and customer care teams.

This is a key role in the company's digital transformation journey, blending Italian craftsmanship with modern retail technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Shopify Plus e-commerce platform end-to-end
• Define and execute conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies
• Coordinate product launches, seasonal campaigns and sale events online
• Analyse customer behaviour data and translate insights into action
• Manage relationships with digital marketing agencies for paid acquisition
• Oversee customer experience from browsing to post-purchase

Must‑have Requirements

• 3+ years experience managing e-commerce operations (Shopify preferred)
• Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics, Hotjar and A/B testing tools
• Experience managing digital marketing budgets (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Understanding of fashion/luxury consumer behaviour
• Fluent Italian and English

Nice‑to‑have Requirements

• Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing automation
• Knowledge of SEO for e-commerce
• Experience with international markets and multi-currency setups
• Understanding of fashion supply chain and drop management
