E-commerce Logistics Intern

At Taller Marmo we are looking for an E-commerce Logistics Intern to join our team.
The role is based in Milan and will report to the E-commerce Manager. As part of a growing team, you will gain comprehensive insight into the e-commerce and logistics operations of a fashion brand. With passion, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset, this role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to daily operations and ongoing projects.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Shipments
- Prepare garments for shipment with great care and attention to detail.
- Pack orders and ensure accuracy of shipping labels and documentation.
- Coordinate with shipping partners to resolve potential issues or delays.
- Manage daily shipments and handover to couriers.
Returns
- Receive returns from customers.
- Prepare returned items to be checked, processed, and restocked.
Warehouse Operations
- Support product picking related to orders and restocking activities related to returns.
- Manage stock intake for incoming products.
- Assist with annual inventory processes.
- Maintain organization and order within the e-commerce warehouse
Shooting & Events
- Support the team during product shoots and assist with the organization of events when required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proactive, hands-on, and collaborative mindset
- Interest in the fashion industry (previous experience or knowledge is a plus)
- Fluency in English and Italian
