You will manage inquiries across product, order, delivery and returns, coordinate with Digital, Logistics and Warehouse teams, and help improve customer satisfaction while strengthening brand loyalty. Fluency in Italian and English is required, with experience using CRM/ERP tools and e-commerce platforms.
