The eCommerce Coordinator will manage and optimize our B2C Website sales focus on the DACH Region (DE, ALPS). This role requires a blend of analytical skills, creative problem-solving, and a deep understanding of eCommerce best practices. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving sales growth and enhancing the customer online shopping experience, with experience in DACH markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2C Website Management: Maintain and update the eCommerce website, ensuring product listings, descriptions, and prices are accurate and up-to-date and focus on achieving the NTR results working on Conversion Rate Optimization.
- SEO and Content Management: Optimize website content for search engines, including keyword research, on-page SEO, and content creation.
- Digital Marketing: Collaborate with Media and CRM Teams providing active contribution evaluating digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, PPC, and display advertising.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website performance, traffic patterns, conversion rates, and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Inventory Management: Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability and manage stock levels for online sales.
- Customer Experience: Enhance the online shopping experience by improving website usability, ensuring mobile optimization, and implementing best practices for UX/UI design.
- Promotions and Sales: Execute online promotions, discounts, and sales events to drive customer engagement and revenue.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Markets, CRM, Brand, Human Channels and IT to ensure cohesive strategies and smooth operations.
- Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest eCommerce trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (Adobe Commerce is a plus) and CMS tools (Adobe Experience Manager is a plus)
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and online advertising.
- Experience with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics is a plus) and data-driven decision-making.
- Communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with web design principles.
- Proficiency in English and possibly in German (which would be considered a strong plus).
Experience:
- 3-7 years of work experience in eCommerce strategy, digital marketing, or a related field, in global company
- Familiarity with the European market, especially with Dach regional eCommerce trends and practices
