Your role at KIKO MILANO
We are looking for an E-Commerce Content Editor to join KIKO MILANO’s E-Commerce Team, reporting to the Head of E-Store.
Such talent will play a key role in optimizing content for e-commerce websites, helping to define and maintain a tone of voice consistent with KIKO’s brand positioning, while ensuring information accuracy and perfect execution.
The candidate will be responsible for editorial content management , working closely with the marketing and product teams to enhance the catalogue and support digital strategies.
Operational activities—including catalogue updates, editorial content publishing, and quality control of existing content—will be managed via the Contentful CMS .
The focus of this position is the optimization and enrichment of textual and graphic content to maximize sales and brand image .
In particular, you will:
- Manage, updatw, and upload product sheets via CMS and the e-commerce platform.
- Upload images, product variants, promotions, and metadata.
- Set up and Optimize category pages .
- Update institutional content (service pages, policies, landing pages).
- Emsure correct content display across desktop and mobile devices .
- Quality Control: check for typos, formatting issues, broken links, and consistency of technical data.
- Coordinate with marketing and graphic teams for content deployment.
- Manage the publishing calendar and seasonal updates.
- Monitor and troubleshoot content-related technical errors.
- Collaborate closely with the SEO agency to strengthen organic visibility and content appeal.
- Optimize of key Brand pages from a UI/Content point of view (Home Page, Product Listing Page, Product Page, Editorial Landing pages).
- Manage SEO-GEO strategies (with a focus on LLM visibility).
- On-page SEO-GEO optimization (meta titles, descriptions, headings, keyword placement).
- Adapt the tone of voice to align with brand identity.
- Support the creation of new editorial and promotional content.
What you will need to succeed
- Bachelor/Master of Economics or similar
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in CMS management (Contentful, Shopify, Magento, or similar).
- Operational experience in complex, multi-country, and multi-language e-commerce environments.
- Excellent editing skills and sharp attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO logic .
- Data analysis skills (Google Analytics ).
- Full understanding of the end-to-end customer journey , from UI to UX.
- Professional fluency in English .
- Knowledge of Contentsquare is considered a plus.
