As eCommerce Marketing Specialist , you’ll join a collaborative and forward‑thinking team based in Milan. In this role you’ll be part of a team that is driving innovation and delivering exceptional solutions to our customers.

About Your Future Role

  • Shape & Deliver Propositions: develop product propositions for eCommerce use cases that meet business goals while addressing the needs of target verticals for different commercial channels (Online, Face to Face, partners).
  • Lead End‑to‑End Proposition Development: from concept through to evaluation, manage key initiatives, including defining objectives, target audience, commercial models, value propositions, product‑market fit, and GTM strategy.
  • Build strong Business Cases: from market analysis to business case development and effective senior stakeholders presentations, facilitating informed decision‑making.
  • Drive Outcomes: take ownership of proposition outcomes, balancing strategic goals with execution excellence, and iterate based on results and feedback.
  • Evaluate Performance: define and manage proposition KPIs, using data to prioritize, iterate, and measure success (monitor the performance of launches, track commercial impact, customer engagement, and operational delivery), driving continuous improvement and future development.
  • Market Insight & Advocacy: be a customer and market advocate, ensuring propositions are innovative, relevant, and competitive in the market. Define ideal customer profiles for the new propositions and make the supporting case using market research and customer interviews.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: keep up with market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer behaviours, evaluating implications, identifying risks and opportunities to influence marketing proposition development and positioning.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: work closely with Product, Design, Commercial, Partnerships, Legal, Compliance and Finance teams to ensure propositions are effectively delivered and improved over time.
  • Influence & Relationship Building: build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and lead cross‑functional alignment to drive the proposition vision across the organization.
  • Thought Leadership: contribute to the continuous improvement of our propositions function by championing best practices and thought leadership in proposition design and delivery.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 7+ years of proven experience in marketing or management consulting; payment/financial services/tech industry experience considered a strong plus.
  • Flexible and tenacious, does what it takes to get things done, driven by a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Highly skilled at identifying KPIs and using data to gather insights and drive decision‑making.
  • Market analysis experience to do business case development and strategic planning.
  • Strategic & hands‑on – from developing a relevant strategy for the market to delivering impactful programs that work.
  • Results‑oriented approach with demonstrated ability to take initiative, think ahead, engage proactively.
  • Collaborative mindset and skilled in building and maintaining long‑term partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Advanced communication and storytelling skills, with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Desire to thrive in a dynamic, team‑oriented and diverse environment.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
