About the role

We are looking for an E-Business Specialist to join our team and play a key role in accelerating our e-commerce growth within the beauty sector. This position will support the expansion of our brands across strategic online partners while strengthening internal capabilities in digital commerce and data analytics.

You will work closely with commercial, marketing, and trade teams, acting as a bridge between business needs and e-commerce excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the commercial expansion with key e-commerce partners, contributing to account management and onboarding of new partners.
  • Manage and monitor brand-specific e-commerce requirements, including product launches, product mapping, and internal data organization.
  • Act as the owner of the digital shelf tool, driving adoption across teams and sharing insights, analytics, and best practices.
  • Design and deliver training sessions to upskill sales teams on e-commerce fundamentals, tools, and strategies (e.g., Circus Street).
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the Amazon Marketing Cloud project, supporting the organization in enhancing capabilities in Amazon data and analytics.
  • Track, analyze, and share key e-commerce KPIs from B&M.com partners to improve visibility and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Maintain and update the authorized distributors and partners list, in close collaboration with the Trade team.

What we are looking for

  • Experience in e-commerce, digital, or commercial roles, ideally within FMCG or beauty.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and generate actionable insights (query mindset is a must).
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work cross-functionally.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented profile.
