As a

Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative , you will assist Dutch-speaking customers by phone, email and other digital communication channels. You will answer customer questions, resolve issues and ensure a high-quality customer experience. You will work in an international

Customer Service / Customer Support environment , using your Dutch language skills every day while communicating in English with your colleagues and internal teams. Key Responsibilities

Provide

customer support in Dutch

via phone, email and other communication channels. Respond to customer questions, requests and complaints professionally and efficiently. Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when required. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems and CRM tools. Follow customer service procedures and quality standards. Meet individual and team

customer service KPIs . Deliver a positive customer experience in every interaction. Work effectively with an international and multicultural team. Requirements

Fluent or native Dutch (C1/C2) . Previous experience in

Customer Service, Customer Support, Call Center, Contact Center, Technical Support, Hospitality or Retail

is an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented and empathetic approach. Comfortable working in a

multichannel customer support environment . Willingness to relocate to

Athens, Greece , if currently living abroad. Salary & Benefits

14 salaries per year International and multicultural working environment Professional training and onboarding Relocation Package – Move to Greece

Candidates relocating from abroad will receive: 3 weeks of hotel accommodation

close to the workplace Up to €300 gross flight reimbursement

Full-time, 40 hours per week Monday to Sunday Rotational shifts between
