Job Posting Title DT Business Analyst Supply Chain – Aftersales

What You Will Do Digital Technology is accompanying the Aftersales department within Supply Chain team throughout a significant transformation, anticipating and translating their business requirements into evolved and innovative solutions for processes and systems. As the DT Business Analyst Supply Chain for Aftersales, you will work with the relevant DT Business Partner and business stakeholders, serving also as project manager in implementing all the agreed changes and improvements in existing and future applications. You will promote business efficiency analysis and propose digitisation projects. You will coordinate and coach all business stakeholders and liaise with other DT team members, in order to complete all the phases of the digital transformation in a timely, cost‑effective and flawless manner, always ensuring continuous operations and best quality outcomes.

In This Role You Will Be Responsible For

Collecting and analysing Business Requirements.

Supporting users in formalising requirements, in addressing solutions and in designing the processes from DT point of view.

Managing and leading specific tasks or streams within a project, by collecting requirements, identifying phases and elements, monitoring task/stream progress of each activity, training and production operations day‑by‑day support.

Supporting users in project activities as well as in testing new functionalities and enhancements coordinating AMS team support.

Interacting with other areas of DT to successfully deliver a range of solutions.

Interacting with 3rd parties/suppliers, validating the proposed solutions and monitoring the activities planning, costs associated and the due dates.

What You Need To Succeed Must have

Experience or knowledge of main supply chain processes, preferred within home appliance industry.

Basic know‑how on supply chain E2E process in Planning, Production, Procurement (Direct/Indirect) and integration with Sales, Logistics, and Finance.

Proven experience on external planning systems and vendor portal collaboration usage or implementation.

Education: Degree in Management Engineering or Information Technology.

Professional experience: Sound professional experience (minimum 3/5 years) in a similar position in multinational companies or in consulting companies; preferably in sectors with high industrial complexity and with advanced and articulated information technology environment.

Language: Fluent Italian & English required.

Soft & Technical Skills

Good project management skills and knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritise requests.

Creative and analytical thinker with good problem‑solving skills.

Ease at establishing interpersonal relationships and communication skills.

Self‑starting attitude.

Comfortable working in small and large teams.

Flexibility to adjust priorities when business needs change.

Basic knowledge of Repetitive manufacturing.

Basic know‑how on SAP module usage and/or implementation like MM, PP with understanding of main pillars for integration with SD, LE‑TRA, FI‑CO (the latter is a nice to have).

Other: Willing to travel both domestic and international according to project needs.

Employment Type Permanent Contract; Full‑Time.

National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) Metalmeccanici Privati.

Minimum Gross Annual Salary € 50,000.

The position includes access to an individual or collective variable incentive scheme based on the achievement of predefined performance objectives (KPIs); alternatively, any additional variable compensation components or benefits will be governed by the applicable company policies.
