Experteer Overview
In this role you will advance driveline NVH and dynamics for CNH Driveline, spanning design to testing support. You will work across global plants to standardize simulation methods and push a virtual-first development approach. Your work will address system-level NVH, durability, and dynamic analysis to ensure robust transmission solutions. This is a hands‑on engineering role that connects design, analysis, and field data to drive product excellence and cross‑functional collaboration. Retribuzione / Benefits
Analyze driveline components and perform system‑level durability and dynamic simulations Lead NVH activities for tractor transmissions and develop integrated methods Drive virtual simulations and correlate with physical tests to ensure consistency Support concept design and feasibility studies for transmission components Standardize simulation methods across EMEA, NAR, and APCA plants Analyze field data to update transmission load spectra and optimize designs Ensure documentation and effective communication of technical data to the team Responsabilità
Master/PhD in mechanical engineering or equivalent 3-4 years of transmission simulation experience Good command of English (written and spoken) Proficiency with 2D/3D CAD (CREO) Office software proficiency Simulation software experience: KISSSOFT/KISSSYS, AMESIM, TRANSMISSION 3d, NVH software Requisiti fondamentali
