Role Description
Wellynx is hiring a full-time, on-site Drilling Fluids Supervisor for its location in Pescara. The Drilling Fluids Supervisor will oversee and manage drilling fluids operations, ensuring adherence to operational and safety protocols. Key responsibilities include supervising fluid system programs, collaborating with engineering and drilling teams, optimizing drilling performance, and ensuring compliance with quality and environmental standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- Proficiency in Drilling, Completion, and Drilling Engineering processesSolid educational background and practical knowledge in Petroleum Engineering
- Experience in overseeing and optimizing fluid system programs within well operations
- Commitment to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards
- Flexibility to work in challenging environments and geographical locations
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent technical qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role in petroleum or well management services is a strong advantage
- Must be fluent in Italian and English
