Mexichem S.A.B. de C.V. seeks a Downstream Manager BU Western Europe - Sales Italy B&I to oversee and drive the downstream sales function in Italy. You will implement commercial strategy, manage a field sales team, and monitor KPIs to boost efficiency and profitability.
You will lead a team of Area Managers, negotiate with customers, and ensure alignment with pricing strategies while coordinating with Global functions on pipeline development. Strong Italian and English communication is essential.
