Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with courtesy and professionalism upon arrival and departure
  • Open doors and assist guests entering or exiting the hotel
  • Assist with luggage and coordinate with porter staff and concierge as needed
  • Maintain a visible presence at the hotel entrance to ensure safety and order
  • Provide basic information about the hotel, amenities, and local area
  • Monitor the entrance for security concerns and report issues promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front entrance area
  • Uphold brand standards, grooming, and uniform appearance at all times

Requirements :

  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality, guest services, or a similar role preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional demeanor with a polished and well-groomed appearance
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light lifting
  • Strong awareness of guest privacy and discretion
  • Willingness to assist beyond defined duties when needed, and may be required to work on occasions in other departments within the Rooms Division.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights and holidays when required
  • Outstanding communications in English and Italian both verbally and written
  • Driving Licence B
  • Warm, welcoming, and attentive
  • Calm under pressure and detail-oriented
  • Proactive with a strong service mindset
  • Team-oriented and reliable

Contractual Terms

  • Full-time contract under the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for the Tourism sector.
