We are seeking a passionate, collaborative, and positive-minded Porter / Bell & Door Attendant to join our team from April to September 2026.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact between the guest and the estate: welcoming guests with courtesy, delivering luggage, escorting them as needed, and providing operational support with attention to detail and in line with Relais & Châteaux standards .

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure the first welcome on guest arrival according to Relais & Châteaux standards

• Take charge of guests’ luggage and ensure its prompt delivery to rooms, villas, or maisonettes

• Check entrance areas and common areas, keeping them tidy and clean

• Escort guests to various locations across the estate, facilitating access to the experiences offered

• Actively collaborate with the Front Office team to anticipate and meet guest requests

Reporting to: Front Office Manager

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in the same role in 4* / 5* environments

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Team-player attitude and service orientation

• Precision, discretion, and attention to detail

• Excellent knowledge of English (a second foreign language is a plus)

• Well-groomed appearance and respect for sustainability values

• Own transport / valid driving license (Category B)

• Living locally is a plus

• EU passport

• Verifiable professional references
