DL site assistant MV Line

For our own projects, we are looking for a DL Site Assistant – MV Line

MISSION:

The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising the execution of MV underground line works on site, ensuring full compliance with the Scope of Work, applicable Quality standards, procedures, and international codes during construction and commissioning phases.

TASKS:

• Verify that the execution of works is compliant with the Scope of Work, Quality standards, and approved procedures.
• Support the engineering team in the review of engineering documents related to MV liner activities.
• Review and assess installation procedures provided by Suppliers within the discipline.
• Supervise the assembly, installation, and execution of works on site in line with project schedule and execution activities.
• Support the Commissioning Manager prior to the start of commissioning activities, ensuring proper handling of the process.
• Supervise the execution of the project within the assigned discipline, including control and supervision of subcontractors and verification of work quality.
• Issue execution and progress reports regularly in accordance with project requirements.
• Supervise acceptance tests related to work execution and assembly.
• Supervise QA/QC compliance by Contractors during both execution and commissioning phases.
• Ensure full-time presence on site.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
• Proven experience in supervision (or equivalent role) of at least two MV underground lines (≥ 15 kV).
• Extensive knowledge of:
• MV cable laying processes
• Jointing procedures
• Termination assembly and testing
• Applicable CEI / IEC standards
• Strong knowledge of civil works related to cable laying, including:
• Trench excavation processes
• Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD)
• Languages:
• Italian: Mother tongue (mandatory)
• English: B2 level or higher
• Spanish: Considered a plus

OTHER DETAILS:

• Contract duration: 5 months
• Work location: Site-based (full-time presence required)
