This role is about ownership and execution. You will pioneer an AI-powered financial ecosystem that renders traditional team structures obsolete, covering tuition management, regulatory compliance, and more. You will collaborate directly with senior leadership to influence expansion strategies, budget frameworks, and vendor relationships. What You Will Be Doing
- Crafting and evolving a cutting-edge AI-integrated financial ecosystem supporting rapidly scaling educational ventures
- Authoring strategic Design Decisions that revolutionize and streamline critical financial processes
- Providing expert written feedback on Deep Dives and Improvement Plans to enhance logical frameworks and train both AI systems and human colleagues
- Engaging in strategic discussions focused on budgeting, market expansion, vendor partnerships, and regulatory adherence
- Orchestrating seamless large-scale financial operations across tuition management, audit processes, and tax compliance

Division CFO Key Responsibilities
Design and implement a streamlined, AI-powered financial infrastructure that fuels multiple education businesses through their hypergrowth phases, eliminating inefficiency while maximizing scalability and impact.
Basic Requirements
- Professional financial certification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or MBA)
- Minimum 10 years in progressive finance leadership positions with demonstrable advancement
- Proven track record in executive finance leadership with comprehensive oversight of all finance functions
- Expert knowledge of US GAAP and integrated financial reporting
- Extensive experience optimizing and managing ERP platforms (NetSuite, SAP, etc.), preferably in multi-entity structures
- Experience with external audits with Big 4 firms
- Superior written and verbal communication skills in English for executive-level engagement
- Based within UTC-8 to UTC+3 time zones
Nice-to-have Requirements
- Knowledge of U.S. K-12 education frameworks (private schools, charter systems, ESA programs)
- Track record of developing finance automation solutions or AI-enhanced workflows
- Experience in financial operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The role is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level is $200 USD/hour, equating to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
