Experteer Overview

In this role you will define and manage Target Stock Levels and buffer stocks for Leather Goods & Accessories, ensuring optimal worldwide stock allocation in line with corporate guidelines. You will collaborate with Supply, Demand Planning, Merchandising, and Markets to support launches, events, and store openings, while driving stock rotation and product availability. Based in Florence, you will also monitor performance, support rebalancing as needed, and contribute to data‑driven planning that sustains revenue growth.

• Define country‑level Target Stock Levels (TSL) per store based on inventory targets, service level, and assortment;
• Distribute inventory worldwide by channel to maximize revenue and minimize stockouts and backorders;
• Monitor assortment and TSL performance to optimize stock rotation and availability;
• Coordinate with Supply, Demand Planning, and Markets on TSL updates;
• Support sales events, marketing campaigns, and shop openings ramps;
• Coordinate seasonal buyback campaigns and new launches status with Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing;
• Ensure stock rebalancing guidelines deployment with local supply chains;
• Develop and track KPIs with BI and Reporting teams to refine stock and distribution performance at country/boutique level

Responsabilità

• Master in Engineering (or equivalent)
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Very good knowledge of MS Office tools; SAP is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Supply Chain Management
• Fluency in English and Italian; additional language a plus
