In this role you will develop and manage relationships with institutional counterparties and drive the distribution of debt transactions and credit risk transfer solutions. You will coordinate with internal teams to structure and place both cash and synthetic financing, focusing on insurance companies and Lloyd's syndicates. You will independently lead complex projects, prepare commercial materials, and actively expand the counterparty network. This position offers impact across origination, structuring, and legal teams within a leading European banking group that values sustainable growth and client-focused solutions.

• Develop and manage relationships with institutional counterparties (real money), focusing on insurance companies and Lloyd's of London syndicates

Responsabilità

• 12-15+ years in a top-tier consultancy in Financial Advisory / Debt Advisory / Capital Markets
• Proven track record in executing debt transactions with exposure to private debt funds
• Experience or exposure to synthetic structures and credit risk transfer transactions
• Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills
• Ability to operate independently and lead teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an established counterparty network
• Experience with insurance companies and the Lloyd's market is a plus
• Fluency in English
