Role Overview:

We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Mechanical Design Engineer that will contribute to the expansion into new markets for our innovative solutions.

The focus is on the design of acoustic solutions such as noise screens, panels, enclosures and cabins, ensuring their technical feasibility, manufacturability, and cost efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design and structural carpentry, with hands-on experience in the design and engineering of welded and assembled metal structures.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design of metal structures as acoustic solutions (noise screens, panels and cabins)

2. Create 3D , 2D drawings and BOM of welded structures, assemblies, and support frames

3. Support procurement, production planning and suppy chain operations

4. Contribute to the standardization and documentation of operational procedures

5. Analyze data and propose solutions to improve production and purchase efficiency and reduce lead times

6. Collaborate with customers, remotely and on site, to understand requirements, solve complex problems, and provide practical and efficient solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Engineering Degree is preferred

2. 3-4 years experience in carpentery and metal structures design

3 Proficiency in 3D CAD software. Inventor is strongly preferred.

4. Familiarity with Excel

5. Proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment

6. Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)

7. Driver licence is strongly reccomended
