Director of Pharmacy – Dr. Max Randstad Healthcare, a specialized division in health sector recruitment, has partnered with Dr. Max, a leading pharmacy chain operating across Europe and Italy, to fill the role of

Director of Pharmacy .

Contract:

CCNL Farmacie Private (unlimited term) –

Annual Salary:

€40,000–48,000

Responsibilities

Full responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of the pharmacy.

Planning and scheduling of staff shifts and corresponding system entries.

Direct reporting to the Area Manager.

Welcoming and assisting customers.

Providing professional pharmaceutical advice during sales.

Cash register operations.

Ordering and procurement of medicinal products.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

Registered in the relevant professional register and authorized to practice.

Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

Team‑orientated attitude.

Willingness to work shifts, public holidays and weekends.

Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
