Position

A socially important cooperative in the national socio-sanitary sector seeks a DIRECTORE/DIRECTTRICE to be placed in a residential facility for people with disabilities located in Bresso, Milan province.

Requirements

• Possession of a degree in Economics and Management (MANDATORY);
• Confirmed prior experience of at least 3 years leading residential facilities for disabled persons or elderly, RSD or RSA (MANDATORY);
• In-depth knowledge of the sector and its national and regional legislations.

Excellent relational and communication skills, strong leadership, organizational competence, flexibility, proactivity, and a passion for social care complete the profile.
