CTO – XR (Unity & Unreal) | Defense Sector | Full Remote | €60–100K + Equity

We are hiring a hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the next-generation development of an XR platform for the defense sector .

Our product is live and acknowledged as a benchmark for technological excellence and specialization. The next step is a new XR project to be designed and delivered within 12 months and then continuously evolved.

This is a technical leadership role for someone who actively codes and builds, not just manages.

What you'll do:

• Define where we’re going. Shape the product vision and turn it into an aggressive, high-impact roadmap.
• Build the machine. Hire, structure and scale the team, owning budget and execution end-to-end.
• Ship fast. Ship smart. Personally build and launch core product features.
• Own outcomes.

Requirements

• Decision maker: Know when to build, when to buy; Know when to hire.
• Leverage AI to make your work exponential.
• Advanced experience with Unity and Unreal Engine .
• Strong XR background (VR / AR / MR).
