We are seeking a Procurement Director at New Factor S.p.A. in Rimini (RN), where you will be part of our career path in Operations and work with international markets.

New Factor, a leader in the healthy snacks and dried fruit sector, is looking for a Procurement Director with a strategic mindset and strong business acumen to lead the procurement of raw materials from key international markets, develop strategic supplier partnerships, and manage the procurement team.

The Role

You will be responsible for the procurement of raw materials from key international markets, developing strategic partnerships with foreign suppliers, and guiding the procurement team, contributing directly to the evolution of our global supply chain.

Who We’re Looking For

A professional with solid experience in international procurement, preferably in the food industry, fluent in English, with analytical thinking and excellent negotiation skills. Availability for international travel and a focus on sustainability and supply chain innovation are a plus.
