The Team

Our Transaction Advisory practice engages with premium clients on a broad range of deals. The team has over 1,000 professionals in 40 offices worldwide and offers expertise in financial due diligence, operational improvement, and transaction strategy.

How you will contribute

We are expanding our Milan team and seek a Director / Senior Director with strong Transaction Advisory experience. You will support Managing Directors, lead engagements across Italy and pan‑occupation, and work on projects for private equity, hedge funds and corporate clients.

• Lead teams and deliver complex Transaction Advisory engagements, working closely with Managing Directors.
• Evaluate potential transactions in the context of a client’s investment strategy, conduct financial due diligence, and identify key risks and deal breakers.
• Work with large‑cap and mid‑cap private equity houses, corporate clients, and financial institutions.
• Apply commercial financial analysis and exposure to key drivers and valuation considerations.
• Collaborate with operational and commercial professionals to deepen due‑diligence expertise.
• Coach and develop junior colleagues.
• Engage in marketing activities to build internal and external networks.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant or exceptional academic record.
• Senior‑level experience in Transaction Advisory / Financial Due Diligence, including private equity or blue‑chip corporate work.
• Background at a toca firm or an established Transaction Advisory practice.
• Fluent business‑level English; native Italian preferred. Additional European language skills are highly desirable.
