In this role you lead the Southern Europe product vision for ADP’s global HCM platform, driving growth, adoption, and client value across Spain, Portugal, and Italy. You will own regional strategy, influence global roadmaps, and ensure market needs are translated into measurable business impact. You’ll steer AI‑enabled product innovation and oversee a high‑performing Product Management team, balancing standardization with local competitiveness. This is a strategic, executive‑facing role that combines product excellence with strong commercial acumen in a matrixed multinational setting. Retribuzione / Benefits

Own regional business outcomes: drive growth, profitability, and market adoption; oversee revenue, retention, and NPS. Lead regional product strategy and roadmap aligned with global platform direction; balance localization with standardization. Drive AI‑enabled product innovation in HR/payroll workflows; coordinate with Engineering, AI, and UX to scale capabilities. Build and develop a high‑performing Product Management team with discovery, prioritization, and outcome measurement practices. Deliver end‑to‑end outcomes from discovery to launch and market adoption; ensure execution excellence across functions. Act as executive product partner: engage with enterprise clients, partners, and senior stakeholders; represent the region in global product forums. Responsabilità

Proven experience owning regional or multi‑market product portfolios with measurable business impact. Strong track record delivering growth, adoption, and customer value in enterprise environments. Experience in a global product organization with local market adaptations. Deep understanding of complex, regulated domains (HR tech, payroll, or adjacent industries preferred). Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in matrixed organizations. Strong commercial acumen and executive stakeholder management skills. Experience driving or contributing to AI‑enabled product innovation is an advantage. Fluent in English; advanced proficiency in Italian and/or Spanish.
