Director, Digital Product Management - Brand, Marketing, Sales & Ecosystem

Who You’ll Work With
You’ll join the Product, Practice and Knowledge (PPK) group as part of the Customer Practice. This practice is a key business unit within Bain, driving commercial growth, deepening expertise, and delivering innovation. You’ll be part of the leadership team and work cross‑functionally with partners across Vector, the Core Innovation Team, and other stakeholders to lead and scale AI and tech products that create meaningful client impact.
Where You’ll Fit Within the Team
This role leads product strategy and execution for AI/tech innovations within the Brand, Marketing, Sales & Ecosystem Practice. You’ll drive high‑impact product initiatives from discovery to scale, ensuring alignment with client needs, technical feasibility, and firmwide strategy.
What You’ll Do
AI / Tech Strategy & Leadership
- Define and own a strategic roadmap for AI and tech products in your portfolio
- Stay on the cutting edge of industry and tech trends, translating them into client‑relevant innovations
- Lead product discovery to test hypotheses and validate client value
- Set and execute quarterly OKRs, managing backlog, budgeting, pricing, and go‑to‑market strategy
Delivery & Execution
- Drive the full product lifecycle: ideate, validate, pilot, scale, evolve
- Deliver cross‑product strategic initiatives and track business outcomes
- Draft business cases to secure funding for new innovations
- Ensure compliance with data governance and infrastructure policies
- Conduct demos and communicate product value across internal audiences
Advisory & Collaboration
- Partner with the Global Solution Leader to define long‑term strategy
- Inform build/buy/partner decisions and deliver differentiated offerings
- Champion cross‑Bain collaboration and best practice sharing
About You
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, tech, or a related field
- 2–3 years of product management experience; 4–6 years building products
- Experience with AI tools (including LLMs) and product development lifecycle
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable plans
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Consulting or advisory experience, with ability to engage clients directly
