Chief Technology Officer

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Technology Officer to lead our organization's technology strategy and operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior professional with strong leadership skills, deep technical knowledge, and a proven ability to manage complex IT environments at scale.

As the Chief Technology Officer, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the company's technology vision, ensuring that IT systems are secure, efficient, and aligned with business objectives. You will oversee infrastructure, cybersecurity, service delivery, and vendor management, while also driving innovation and continuous improvement across the IT landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the IT strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.
• Lead and manage IT operations, infrastructure, and systems across the organization.
• Ensure information security, data protection, and business continuity.
• Establish and monitor IT governance, policies, and compliance standards.
• Manage budgets, resources, and IT investment planning.
• Lead relationships with external technology partners and service providers.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and continuous improvement of business processes.
• Provide regular reporting and strategic guidance to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.
• Proven experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and third-party oversight.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and deliver complex projects.
• Solid understanding of IT risk management and business continuity planning.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
