Role Description

As Director of Sales & Marketing, you’ll be responsible for:

· Leading the development and implementation of the hotel’s annual commercial strategy

· Driving room, suite, events, and F&B revenue across all market segments

· Managing distribution channels and ensuring alignment with luxury brand standards

· Mentoring a high-performing Sales & Marketing team to achieve ambitious revenue targets

· Building strong relationships with key accounts, regional sales offices, and global partners

· Representing the hotel at international trade shows, sales missions, and industry events

· Overseeing the sales strategy for our exclusive suites and tracking segment performance monthly

· Analyzing trends, setting clear KPIs, and guiding commercial decisions based on data


What We're Looking For

· Proven experience in a senior Sales & Marketing leadership role within luxury hospitality

· Strong commercial and analytical acumen with a strategic mindset

· Expertise in market segmentation, distribution, and branding

· Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills

· A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment

· Fluent in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus)

· High energy, self-motivated, and passionate about excellence in guest experience and performance
