Experteer Overview
As Director of Sales you will be the second leader in the Sales & Marketing team, driving revenue across all market segments for Bvlgari Hotel Milano. You will lead and develop a high-performing sales force while building lasting relationships with ultra‑high‑net-worth clients and key partners. The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to uphold luxury brand standards and exceptional client service. This is a high-visibility role with a clear impact on revenue, brand elevation, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Develop and execute the hotel sales strategy aligned with revenue objectives and brand positioning
  • Drive top-line revenue across Corporate, Leisure, Groups & Events, MICE, and Entertainment
  • Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets
  • Manage and grow a robust pipeline of accounts with qualified leads and confirmed business
  • Oversee key accounts across segments including corporate, leisure, entertainment, and luxury travel trade
  • Build relationships with entertainment professionals, talent agencies, production companies, and luxury travel networks
  • Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team and collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, F&B, and Operations
  • Represent the department at senior levels in the absence of the Director
  • Provide senior-level client management for top-tier accounts and VIPs
  • Produce sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses; monitor KPIs and data integrity

Responsabilità

  • Minimum 7 years of progressive luxury hospitality sales experience
  • At least 3 years in a senior sales leadership role
  • Proven ability to generate and convert revenue across multiple international markets
  • Experience with globally recognised luxury hotel brands or ultra-luxury properties
  • Strong network across corporate, entertainment, and luxury travel sectors
  • Proficiency in hotel PMS and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce); knowledge of revenue management tools
  • Fluent English; Italian advantageous; additional languages considered a plus
