Director of Revenue Management – Casa Brera – A Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan
Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan is currently recruiting for a Director of Revenue Management. The role reports to the General Manager and focuses on driving the overall revenue performance of the property through strategic pricing, inventory management, demand forecasting, segmentation optimization and channel profitability.
Core Work Activities
- Analyze and report revenue management data: conduct daily, weekly, monthly performance analysis; lead end‑of‑period analysis; produce owner reports; conduct deep‑dive analysis on transient segments, promotions, channels; maintain accuracy of system configurations (MARSHA, One Yield, HPP, distribution channels); monitor online channels and competitive set; build and update annual room revenue budget.
- Managing revenue strategy: provide input to market sales strategy; define and execute the pricing strategy; develop transient, group and premium‑room strategies; drive suite and premium‑room penetration; lead Group Base Build Strategy; ensure daily strategy deployment; ensure compliance with brand RM processes; provide revenue management expertise to leadership teams; modify rate restrictions as market conditions fluctuate; recommend process improvements.
- Building successful relationships: lead commercial strategy meetings; communicate market analysis to stakeholders and owners; nurture cross‑functional relationships; manage internal stakeholder relationships; provide timely communication of results and challenges.
- Additional responsibilities: create, update and enforce Revenue SOPs; support onboarding of new team members; update systems; lead cross‑functional projects; represent hotel with ownership and corporate teams; maintain strict documentation for audit and compliance.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in the same role within international hospitality companies.
- Knowledge of Marsha, Opera, One Yield and other revenue management software.
- Experience in openings and luxury hotels.
